Position: Design Engineer (M/F)
Department: Engineering Department
Location: Gandhinagar Gujarat (India)
The day-to-day of a Design Engineer:
- Develop long term product development planning, in line with the vision of the top management;
- Manage the product design team of all product verticals;
- Define the processes for effective product design development functions and ensure its implementation;
- Guide the team in developing new product concepts and projects;
- Prepare the PEP-LDD+L4 detail schedule of all products and projects;
- Maintain the FFC (Functional Flow Chart) of the company for products (5W1H);
- Ensure the least rejection and rework of the product design + create QAP with QA/QC team;
- Track report of all Tool;
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure successful implementation of productions processes for new products;
- Develop PROCESS+WI+PROCEDURES drafts for products and CHECK LISTS with PPI team;
- Support purchase department for new vendor development;
- Responsible for the FSR (Fortnight Status Reports) and post-mortem report;
- Responsible for checking, approving, authorizing, modifying data, derogations, homologations.

- Language Skills: English, Gujarati and Hindi;
- Computer Skills: Office, SAP ERP, Solid works, Auto CAD.
Educational Qualifications
- Higher education, preferably Bachelor / Master in Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in the area.
